Student Device Information

Can my child use another device besides a computer?

It is the goal of Hartford Public Schools to provide a district device to every student. If you still need one, please complete a request for device here. (Using our Contact Us form, in Question 1, scroll down to Technical Support.)

Until you receive a device, your child can access their online classes through any internet enabled device, including a desktop computer, laptop, iPad/tablet, or even a smart phone.

What if the device we received from the district is damaged or doesn’t work?
